  1. Sit in meditation everyday; make it twice a day.
  2. Practice pranayama twice a day regularly with empty stomach.Live longer and look younger with Pranayama. Prana is the source of life. Yoga without pranayama is like a cart without wheels.
  3. Whatever happens happens for a reason, take it easy. It had to happen, relax; at the end you will find that it is always for the better.
  4. Yoga is a wholesome practice of body, mind and the spirit. Practices should include Hatha Yoga and Raja Yoga; both hand in hand and the philosophy of Karma, Jinana and Bhakti Yoga.
  5. Make the Year 2010 “The Year of Yoga” for you. Be happy, be healthy and enjoy peaceful life.
