A weekend retreat that will inspire and deepen your yoga practice

This yoga retreat will focus on your practice of hatha yoga as well as Yoga Philosophy.

A special lecture and talk will be given on The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, as taught by Maurie Earls and we will also learn traditional Vedic Chanting taught by Sujata Jairo. Emily Curtis, will be teaching Pranayama and Asana and Dr Orna Triguboff, meditation and relaxation.
